Delete your DiamondKeeper account
This page explains how to delete your DiamondKeeper account (app by DiamondKeeper LLC) and the information connected to it.
How to ask
- Email support@diamondkeeper.app from the email address you use to sign in to DiamondKeeper.
- Use the subject Delete my account. If you only want some information removed (for example, your child’s photos or a game video), tell us what to remove instead.
- We confirm the request is from you, then delete the account and reply when it is done.
In the app you can start the same request from Me → Account → Delete my account.
What we delete
- Your sign-in account: name, email, password and role.
- Your profile photo, your notification settings and your email-tips preference.
- Your messages, availability answers and the links between you and the players you follow.
- If you are the only coach or administrator of a team, we will ask you first whether to hand the team to another adult or delete the team and its information (roster, schedule, stats, photos, videos and clips).
What we may keep, and for how long
- Payment records that the law requires us to keep (handled by our payment provider) — kept only as long as the law requires.
- Game scores and stats that belong to a team you were on stay with that team, without your account attached.
- Copies that other team members already downloaded are on their own devices and outside our control.
Parents can also ask us to remove information about their child at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
