Report a problem with content or a person
- In team chat: tap ⋯ on a message → Report this message. You can also Block that person so you no longer see their chat messages.
- Video clips: tap ⚑ Report on the clip.
- A shared game page or live stream: scroll to the bottom and tap ⚑ Report this page. No account needed.
- Or email support@diamondkeeper.app with a link or description.
We review every report within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break our Terms. Coaches can also remove messages and members from their own team. If a child is in danger, call 911 first.
Your account and your data
- Delete your account: in the app, Me → Account → Delete my account, or see how to delete your account.
- Remove a child’s information: parents can ask at any time — email us or see our Privacy Policy.
Common questions
- Does it cost anything to watch? No. Families watch the live scoreboard and video from a shared link for free, with no app or account needed.
- Which phones work? Any modern iPhone or Android phone, and any computer browser.
- Can I bring my stats from another app? Yes — see moving your stats.
